2 - Acquisition parameters

We fill the 2D Data Parameters form with our numerical values:

The 2D data parameters form

The following parameter notations are specific for Bruker spectrometers.

For First Dimension:

  • Dwell Time corresponds to the increment of t1 parameter or IN6 (the increment of duration d6), depending on the pulse program.
  • Spectrometer Frequency corresponds to SFO1.
  • Number of Complex Points corresponds to F1 Time Domain, that is, 2*L1.

For Second Dimension:

  • Dwell Time corresponds to twice the F2 Dwell Time.
  • Spectrometer Frequency corresponds to SFO1.
  • Number of Complex Points corresponds to half the F2 Time Domain.

For dwell times, u stands for microsecond.

Three 2D files of the imported MQMAS NMR data appear on the desktop:

  • nom.SER -> 2D Data - Stacked Plot
  • nom.SER -> 2D Data - Line Contour Plot
  • nom.SER -> 2D Data - Intensity Plot
